Built for context

Designed for careful personal review.

Understand the numbers and their limits before drawing conclusions.

Evidence stays visible

Median heart rate, typical ranges, coverage, eligible days, and exclusions remain close to the chart or comparison they support.

Descriptive, not diagnostic

Results describe what appears in the selected data and explain important limits without claiming causes, diagnoses, or medical risk.

Private until you choose

Analysis stays on your device. Reports, exports, and AI prompt packages leave only after an action you initiate and review.

No AI required. All charts and comparisons work on your device, without an AI account or model download.

Bring your own AI

Use the AI you trust—with you in control.

Create a prompt from your chart summaries, then choose whether to use it with an external AI service.

  1. Choose your question. Start with a suggestion or write your own wording.
  2. Review what is included. Check the date range and included summaries before sharing.
  3. Choose where it goes. Copy or share it with ChatGPT, Gemini, or another service whose privacy terms you accept.
Designed for deliberate sharing

Summaries are still sensitive health information. Nothing is sent automatically; you review the prompt and acknowledge external sharing first. Your chosen AI service’s privacy terms apply.

Before you download

A few useful things to know.

What do I need to try the app?

Heart Rate Insights supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. You can explore the major screens with included sample data before connecting Apple Health. For personal results, you need heart-rate readings saved in Apple Health. An Apple Watch is one way to record them, but it is not required if another source saves heart-rate readings there.

What can I use for free?

The Free plan does not expire. Daily, Insights, Explore, prompts, and reports can use your most recent 60 days; Patterns can analyze up to 90 days. Free also includes one PDF or CSV export, free report previews, and all available sample-data history. After the included export, you can purchase one additional export or upgrade to Pro.

Is Pro a subscription, and can I restore it?

No. Pro is a one-time purchase—not a subscription. It unlocks all available Apple Health history and unlimited PDF and CSV exports. If you reinstall the app or move to another supported device, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase and choose Restore Purchases. The pricing card shows the verified US price; the App Store shows the current price for your country or region.

How does the app use my Apple Health data?

With your permission, the app reads heart-rate data and may read workout information for context. It does not add to or change your Apple Health records. Charts and comparisons are created on your device, and nothing is uploaded automatically. A PDF, CSV file, or AI prompt leaves the app only when you choose to save, copy, or share it.

Do I need an account or an AI service?

No account or AI service is needed for charts, comparisons, or reports. The optional Prompt feature creates a reviewable package from chart aggregates; nothing is sent automatically. If you copy or share it with an external AI service, that service's privacy terms apply.

Why might a day or chart have limited data?

Results depend on the heart-rate readings and permissions available in Apple Health. If a device did not record enough readings—or access is limited—the app may show lower coverage, a partial day, or no result for that view. Coverage and eligible-day counts show how much recorded data supports a result; the app does not fill in missing readings.
