Personal wellness use

Heart Rate Insights helps you review heart-rate information from Apple Health. It is intended for personal wellness and informational use. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.

Do not delay or replace care from a qualified health professional based on information from the app. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your data and permissions

You choose whether to grant Apple Health access and are responsible for the data, settings, and date ranges you use. You can change Apple Health permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings.

Reports, CSV files, copied prompts, and other exports are created or shared only when you choose. Once you send information to another person, app, or service, that recipient's terms and privacy practices apply.

Analysis and AI prompts

Charts, summaries, and comparisons depend on available data and configured settings. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The optional Prompt feature prepares a reviewable package but does not automatically contact an AI service. Any external AI response can contain mistakes. Double-check important information against the underlying data and seek professional advice when appropriate.

Pro access and purchases

Prices and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Permanent Pro access is offered as a one-time in-app purchase. If a free Pro trial is available, it does not renew or charge automatically; permanent Pro access is a separate purchase.

Apple processes in-app purchases, purchase restoration, and eligible refunds under its applicable terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may use Heart Rate Insights only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the app, website, services, or security; attempt unauthorized access; or use the product in a way that harms others.

Ownership

Heart Rate Insights, its design, software, branding, and original content belong to Jenny Media or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the product; they do not transfer ownership of it. You retain ownership of your data and the files you create from it.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the product, maintain compatibility, protect security, or comply with legal requirements. We may also update these terms. The date above will change when the terms are revised.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heart Rate Insights is provided without guarantees that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Jenny Media is not responsible for decisions made from app output or for indirect losses arising from use of the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
