Overview
Heart Rate Insights is designed for private, personal review of heart-rate patterns on iPhone and iPad. The app reads Apple Health data only after you grant permission. Health data is processed on your device.
Heart Rate Insights is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Health data
With your permission, the app may read heart-rate data from Apple Health. If workout filtering is enabled, the app may also use workout information to help identify readings that overlap with workouts.
The app uses this data to calculate charts, comparisons, daily views, ignored-day handling, pattern summaries, exports, and optional Local AI answers.
Data storage
Health data, imported readings, analysis results, Local AI chats, and export history are intended to stay on your device. The app may store local cached data so it can open faster and show previous analysis without reimporting everything each time.
Heart Rate Insights does not sell your health data and does not use health data for advertising.
Data sharing
Heart Rate Insights does not send your Apple Health heart-rate data to Jenny Media servers. PDF reports, CSV files, and shared chat messages are created only when you choose to export or share them.
If you install Local AI, the app checks a Jenny Media model manifest and downloads the model file from the configured model host. That model download is separate from your Health data, which is not uploaded for Local AI answers.
Local AI
Local AI is optional and runs on supported devices after you install the on-device model. The app may use available local chart facts, summaries, and bounded raw readings on your device to answer your questions. AI can make mistakes, so double-check important answers.
Analytics and tracking
The app is intended to operate without third-party advertising trackers. If analytics are added in the future, this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated before release.
Website logs
This website may be hosted by infrastructure providers that process standard server logs, such as IP address, request path, browser information, and timestamp, for security and reliability.
Your controls
- You can grant or revoke Apple Health permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
- You can delete the app to remove its local app data from your device.
- You can delete Local AI chats and the downloaded model from the app.
